2. For the Three Day Seminar with Lorna Smith Benjamin 2019:

Refund request can only be made before 04/01/2019. This request must be formalized in writing to formacion@hestia.es, stating the reasons. Applications sent after that date will not be considered.

If presented within the stipulated period, the amount will be refunded, with a retention of 10% of the total amount paid in each case, corresponding to administrative expenses.
